Laboratory nitrogen gas generator has the following four advantages:

4. The transportation and management of liquid nitrogen in the research institute is very cumbersome, and the work of ensuring safety is also difficult. This product eliminates the cumbersome procedures such as liquid nitrogen management, and improves safety.
When using liquid nitrogen for the airtightness test, the equipment and pipelines must be divided according to the force level, and the connection valves between each other and the outside of the system should be separated by blind plates to prevent injury to others; the safety valve is in good condition and all overranges are removed The instrument or the root valve should be closed to prevent damage to the instrument, equipment, and pipeline due to overpressure; there should be a special person to monitor during the charging process to prevent overtemperature and overpressure. The selected test pressure is 1.1 times the operating pressure. During the operation, other operating personnel in the relevant system should be evacuated, and the position of the inspection personnel should pay attention to the side and opposite sides of the flange. In addition, the treatment of the leakage point should be carried out after the pressure is released, and the treatment with pressure is strictly prohibited.
