Compressed air system will precipitate condensed water during the working process, condensate water contains oil and granular impurities, if not timely discharge, will seriously affect the gas quality.

SD series of drains using high-end level sensor, combined with intelligent control system, can be effectively discharged according to the actual production of condensate water, only drainage,no exhaust, avoid compressed air loss.

Working principle

Condensate water flows from the inlet into the tank, which holds a a rise in water level:

When the water level rises to the highest sensing point, the sensor signals, the valve opens, and the condensate water is discharged;

When the condensate water is finished quickly, the valve closes automatically, leaving a little condensate water to form a water seal;

when the water level is too high due to the failure of the drain, the sensor can sense in real time, automatically enter the self-cleaning ^ water mode, and can output the fault signal remotely.
