At present, there are five main types of compressed air filters on the market, namely coarse efficiency filters, medium efficiency filters, high and medium efficiency filters, sub-high efficiency filters and high efficiency filters, each of which has its own Features, among them:
1. Coarse effect filter: mainly used for pre-filtering of air supply system, intercepting suspended particles above 5μm and settleable particles above 10μm and various foreign objects, to prevent these impurities from entering the clean space, so the efficiency of the rough effect filter Subject to 5μm.
2. Medium-efficiency filter: Since the pre-filter has retained large-diameter particles in the front, it can also be used as the final filter of the general air-conditioning system and the pre-filter of the high-efficiency filter, so it is mainly used to retain 1 ~ 10μm of suspension Particle, its efficiency is based on filtering 1μm.
3. High-efficiency filter: It can be used as the end filter of the general purification system, or it can be used as the pre-filter of the high-efficiency filter to improve the purification effect of the system, so as to better protect the post-stage high-efficiency filter, so It is mainly used to trap suspended particles of 1 ~ 5μm, and its efficiency is subject to filtering 1μm.
4. Sub-efficient filter: It can be used as the end filter of a clean room to achieve a certain level of air cleanliness, or as a pre-filter of a high-efficiency filter to further improve and ensure the cleanliness of the air supply, and can also be used as fresh air The final stage of filtration improves the quality of fresh air. Therefore, like high-efficiency filters, it is mainly used to trap sub-micron particles below 1μm, and its efficiency is based on filtering 0.5μm.
5. High-efficiency filter: It is the most important final-stage filter in a clean room, and each cleanness level of ≤0.5μm is used as a wooden point, and its efficiency habit is based on filtering 0.3μm. If it is further subdivided, if the goal is to achieve a cleanliness level of 0.1 μm, the efficiency will be based on 0.1 μm, which is customarily called an ultra-efficient filter.
