The three components of the air storage tank, the compressed air purification component and the nitrogen buffer tank form a complete system, which can complete the purpose of continuous production of high-quality liquid nitrogen. Characteristics and effects of the system.
1. Air storage tank
The effect is as follows: the pulsation of the downward airflow acts as a buffer effect; thereby reducing the pressure of the system and making the compressed air smoothly pass through the compressed air purification component, so as to fully remove oil and water impurities and reduce the load of subsequent PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation equipment. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched over, it also supplies the PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation equipment with a lot of constricted air required for rapid pressure increase in a short time, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower quickly rises to the operating pressure, ensuring that the equipment is stable and stable run.
2. Tighten air purification components
The compressed air supplied by the air compressor is first led to the compressed air purification component. The compressed air is first removed by the pipeline filter to remove most of the oil, water and dust, and then further removed by the freeze dryer, the fine filter to remove oil and dust , And carried out in-depth purification by the superfine filter that follows. According to the working conditions of the system, a set of compressed air degreaser is specially planned to prevent the possible trace oil from being saturated and provide sufficient maintenance for the carbon molecular sieve. Strictly planned air purification components ensure the service life of carbon molecular sieve. The clean air processed by this component can be used for the surface air.
3. Oxygen and nitrogen separation equipment
There are two adsorption towers equipped with special carbon molecular sieve. When clean compressed air enters the inlet end of tower A and flows through carbon molecular sieve to the outlet end, O2, CO2 and H2O are adsorbed by it, and the product nitrogen flows out from the outlet end of the adsorption tower. After a period of time, the carbon molecular sieve in Tower A was fully adsorbed. At this time, tower A actively stopped adsorption, compressed air flowed into tower B for oxygen absorption and nitrogen production, and regenerated molecular tower A sieve. The regeneration of the molecular sieve is accomplished by quickly dropping the adsorption tower to atmospheric pressure to remove the adsorbed O2, CO2 and H2O. The two towers are replaced for absorption and regeneration, the separation of oxygen and nitrogen is completed, and nitrogen is output in succession. When the nitrogen purity at the outlet end is set, the PLC program effect, the active vent valve opens, and the unqualified nitrogen is actively vented to ensure that the unqualified nitrogen does not flow to the gas point.
