  Nitrogen buffer system consists of buffer tank, dust filter, flow meter, pneumatic valve, throttle valve, nitrogen purity analyzer, etc. Its main function is to stabilize the nitrogen pressure, purity and flow rate. The nitrogen purity analyzer can immediately measure the nitrogen purity and automatically control the pneumatic valve to evacuate the unqualified nitrogen.
