1. 2. 3. Degreasing compressed air filter is referred to as degreasing filter: this is the third level of filtration, which mainly removes the oil mist impurities in the compressed air. 4 Deodorizing compressed air filter is referred to as deodorizing filter (activated carbon filter): widely used in medical, food and pharmaceutical industries, this deodorizing compressed air filter is installed at the end of the air source and is mainly used for adsorption, filtration and compression The odor in the air generally has an accuracy of 0.01μm.
How to choose the compressed air filter correctly?
A general compressed air filter can remove most of the liquid and solid particles, and its particle size is generally greater than 1μm. To remove very tiny solid particles and aerosols of oil and water, you must use high-efficiency compressed air filtration This is technically more complicated. In terms of its method and mechanism, it is impossible to make any kind of strict physical classification. For example: gravity separation, centrifugal separation, inertial impact directly intercepts Brownian diffusion, eddy current, diffusion, thermal condensation, electrostatic precipitation, magnetic precipitation, Brownian condensation, acoustic wave condensation, turbulent precipitation, and precipitation. For special types of particles, only one mechanism plays a leading role, but most The occasion is the combined effect of multiple mechanisms.
Generally speaking, it mainly depends on direct interception, inertial impact, diffusion or Brownian motion, and thermal condensation. Direct interception is mainly for the larger particles in the airflow (generally above 1μm). During the interception, the inertial impact will also occur at the same time, because the airflow with entrained solid and liquid particles flows through the filter material due to the weight and velocity of the particles. It is impossible for the airflow to change its direction synchronously and quickly, so it is impossible to pass through the tortuous passage of the filter material and hit the filter material to make the filter material capture particles. Therefore, the solid particles in the airflow are The journey ends here. The liquid particles are not exactly the same. When flowing through the filter material, the tiny particles tend to aggregate, and finally gather in one place, combine into larger droplets, and are pushed to the outside of the filter material to form a saturated liquid area. , And then discharged outside the device, which is coalescing filtration. This filtering method can remove solid particles larger than 0.01 μm. If the pollutants are less than 0.01/106 of the total weight, the solid and liquid pollutants in the air flow can be removed.
