Ten solutions to poor filtering effect of particulate compressed air filter

As a power source, compressed air has many flexible uses, such as driving motor, painting, controlling machine and driving device. Like plastic processing, compressed air is indispensable in countless processing technologies in chemical industry. The compressed air with good quality and high quality can improve the processing technology, but the compressed air containing impurities that are not up to the standard will reduce the production process and affect the product quality.
The particulate compressed air filter can remove 99.99% of liquid water, oil, dust, micro particles and other impurities in the compressed air. In the actual operation, sometimes the air coming out of the particulate compressed air filter still contains a lot of impurities, and the effect of the compressed air filter becomes worse. What is the reason? We should analyze and solve the problem of poor filtration effect from the following aspects.
1. The inlet air is not pretreated, and a prefilter is added;
2. If the downstream pipeline is not clean, flush the downstream pipeline;
3. The fastening screw of the filter element is not tightened, and the filter element is tightened;
4. If the flow exceeds the rated value, replace the large flow filter;
5. If there is short circuit of air flow inside the filter, find out the cause and deal with it symptomatically;
6. Filter element aging, replace the filter element;
7. The inlet and outlet of the filter are connected reversely, and the marked direction is reconnected;
8. The air contains chemicals that cannot be absorbed by the filter element;
9. If there are residual pollutants at the use point, remove the residual pollutants;
10. If the bypass valve is not closed tightly, close the bypass valve tightly.
Repair and maintenance of particulate compressed air filter:
1. The core part of pipeline filter is the filter core. The filter element is composed of filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for damage and needs special protection;
2. After working for a period of time, some impurities are precipitated in the filter element. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. Therefore, the impurities in the filter element should be removed in time;
3. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element of the filter not to be deformed or damaged, otherwise, after being installed again, the purity of the filtered medium can not meet the design requirements, and the compressor, dryer, instrument and other equipment will be damaged;
4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
