Finally, there is a relatively stable and efficient degreasing method, which is the degreasing method of catalytic oxidation. This type of degreasing equipment uses the special effect of the catalyst, which can produce a catalytic oxidation reaction under certain conditions. The process of chemical reaction, and this kind of equipment has no loss of raw materials, the core material is the catalyst. The catalyst only acts as a catalyst and does not react by itself, so it is relatively stable and can stably remove the oil content in the compressed air up to 0.001mg/m³, which also fills a gap in the market for stable oil removal equipment. The only disadvantage is that the initial investment cost is relatively high, but if you purchase an oil-free air compressor, in addition to the purchase cost, there is also a maintenance cost, which is better than such an oil removal equipment plus an ordinary oil-containing air compressor. This cost is much lower.
