1. Check the equipment's purity, gas production and other performance indicators; check whether the oxygen meter (oxygen analyzer) equipped with the equipment is working properly and whether the oxygen electrode needs to be replaced, etc.
2. It is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the supporting cold dryer, suction dryer and other equipment, and the operation must be carried out in accordance with the instruction manual. The normal operation of the air drying equipment is critical to this equipment.
3. The pipeline filter should be checked regularly and the filter element should be replaced on time. The service life of the filter element is generally 2000-4000 working hours (depending on the air quality of the equipment used); the activated carbon in the activated carbon filter must be replaced for 7000h; gas storage The tank should be drained regularly.
4. If a large amount of powder is found at the outlet of the equipment, it means that it has been aged or powdered, and it needs to be dealt with in time and the equipment packing should be replaced.
The adsorption tower of the laboratory nitrogen generator is switched every minute, and the pressure rise time for each switch is only 1 to 2 seconds, which means that the instantaneous gas consumption is very large. If there is no buffer effect of the gas storage tank, a large amount of compressed air is directly Entering the system, it cannot be processed in an instant. In this way, the large amount of water and oil contained in the compressed air must poison the internal molecular sieve, shorten the service life of the molecular sieve, reduce the gas production rate, and increase the user's cost.
If there is a gas storage tank, the compressed air here will stay for a certain period of time, which can precipitate foreign matter such as impurities and moisture in the air, and the temperature of the compressed air is also reduced, which can send out better quality compressed air. At the same time, it can also ensure that the compressed air pressure is maintained at a better set value, and the air system can get a stable pressure, which is very necessary for the use of modern factories.
