Liquid nitrogen, liquid nitrogen. It is inert, colorless, odorless, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and extremely low in temperature. Nitrogen constitutes most of the atmosphere (78.03% by volume and 75.5% by weight). Nitrogen is inactive and does not support combustion. During vaporization, a large amount of endothermic contact causes frostbite. Nitrogen accounts for 78% of air.
Under normal pressure, the liquid nitrogen temperature is -196 ° C; 1 cubic meter of liquid nitrogen can expand to 696 cubic meters of pure gaseous nitrogen at 21 ° C. Liquid nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, low-temperature liquid and gas under high pressure. Liquid nitrogen (often written as LN2) is a liquid form formed by nitrogen at low temperatures. The boiling point of nitrogen is -196 ° C. Under normal atmospheric pressure, if the temperature is below this, liquid nitrogen will be formed; if pressurized, liquid nitrogen can be obtained at a higher temperature.
The liquid nitrogen system can be directly connected to the vacuum insulation pipeline, and can provide a complete liquid nitrogen supply system from the liquid nitrogen storage tank to the filling line. The compact shape and simple installation are suitable for any filling line. The variety of models ensures that it can match the speed and application of any line. It is widely used in beverages, juices, milk, mineral water, potato chips, milk powder, dried fruits , Nuts, etc. in packaged liquid or solid fields.
For any machine, maintenance is very important, and good maintenance can effectively extend the life of the liquid nitrogen system. In addition to maintenance, proper use is also essential for extending the equipment.
1. Turn off all power switches, including the nitrogen inlet valve and sampling valve, wait for the system and pipeline to completely relieve pressure, adjust the oxygen analyzer to sample, and adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 1.0 bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter, and adjust the gas volume As long as it is around 1, note that the sampling gas volume should not be too large, and start to detect the purity of nitrogen.
2. Only open the shut-off valve after the compressed air pressure reaches 0.7mpa or more. At the same time, pay attention to observe the pressure change of the adsorption tank and whether the pneumatic valve can work normally.
3. The pressure of the regeneration tower of the liquid nitrogen system is zero, and the pressure of the two towers should be close to half of the original working tower pressure when uniform.
4. Turn off the entire system and all parts of the system. When the pressure of the adsorption tank reaches about 0.6MPa, observe whether the nitrogen production system is working normally.
