Flange compressed air filter work flow introduction:
1. Carry compressed air containing harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust and moisture into the primary filtering device of the compressed air filter.

2. When the compressed air passes through the first-stage cylindrical mesh filter core, a coalescence effect occurs. Larger particles will be adsorbed on the filter material, and the water will condense into larger water droplets.

3. When entering the separation chamber, the compressed air speed slows down, causing the particles to gather again, and the water mist condenses on a honeycomb water collector again.

4. Water carrying impurity particles flows to the drainage device along the bottom, and is discharged through an automatic or electric drainage valve.

5. More than 95% of the water droplets, oil and large particles in the compressed air have been removed by a filter element, and the compressed air after the first-stage filtration has entered the second-stage filter element.

6. When the compressed air passes through the second-stage fiber filter made of special cotton, thousands of small vortices will be generated. At the same time, the compressed air will be accelerated dozens of times. The center of the vortex is like a tornado, forming a vacuum state. The water droplets that have not been filtered by the primary filtration are vaporized, converted, and filtered again. At the same time, the particles as small as 5 microns are completely removed by the secondary filter.

7. The two-stage filtration achieves clean, dry compressed air that is dust-free, rust-free, oil-free, and water-free, ensuring the normal operation of pneumatic equipment and effectively extending the service life of pneumatic equipment.
