  3. Wastewater containing highly toxic substances, such as wastewater containing some heavy metals, radioactive materials, high concentration phenol, and cyanide, should be diverted from other wastewater to facilitate the treatment and recovery of useful substances.
  4. During the use of toxic raw materials and the production of toxic intermediate products and products, strict operation and supervision should be performed to eliminate dripping and reduce losses, and reasonable processes and equipment should be used as much as possible.
  5. Wastewater with large flow rate and light pollution should be properly treated and recycled, and should not be discharged into the sewer, so as not to increase the urban sewage and urban sewage treatment load.
