  The coalescing filter is mainly designed for liquid-liquid separation, it contains two kinds of filter elements, namely: poly filter element and separation filter element.
  How to make coalescing filter play better effect in actual production?
  First, choose the right filter element according to the actual liquid or oil you want to separate, because not every filter element is suitable for separating the same liquid. For example, if you want to separate kerosene, you must choose a filter element suitable for separating kerosene. If you want to separate gasoline, choose a filter element suitable for separating gasoline. Only by selecting a suitable filter element product can you achieve twice the result with half the effort.
  Secondly, the necessary inspection and maintenance of the filter element of the coalescence filter must be carried out frequently. If the filter element is left for a long time, then slowly, as more and more impurities are separated, it will definitely affect the actual filtration of the filter element. Ability, either the reduction of the amount of liquid separated in a unit time or the phenomenon of insufficient filtration of impurities, so the problem of the filter element must be checked in time, the replacement part should be replaced, and the wipe should be wiped.
  Finally, we must pay attention to the working environment of the coalescence separation filter element. If the working environment is too cold, it may cause the liquid to be separated to condense, which is very unfavorable for separation and purification work, so we must ensure that in the workshop The necessary temperature, at least can not let the separated liquid appear to solidify.
  When using this product, the oil first enters the lower part of the filter housing from the inlet pipe, and then flows from the outside to the inside of the filter core. At this time, the coarse particles will immediately settle down and be discharged by the sewage valve. The smaller particles are intercepted by the filter core.After the clean oil is collected by the filter element tray, it flows out of the coalescing separator from the outlet pipe. As the amount of oil being processed increases, the contaminants deposited on the filter element will cause the pressure difference of the coalescer to rise. When the pressure difference rises to 0.15Mpa, it indicates that the coalescing filter element has been blocked and should be replaced.
  The oil flows from the oil inlet of the coalescing separator into the first-level tray, and then shunts into the first-level filter element. After the process of filtration, demulsification, water molecule growth, and coalescence, impurities are trapped in the first-level filter element. The water beads settle in the sedimentation tank, and the oil enters the secondary filter element from outside to inside, collects in the secondary tray, and flows out from the outlet of the coalescence separator.The material of the secondary filter element is hydrophobic, the oil can pass through smoothly, and the free water is blocked outside the filter element, flows into the sedimentation tank, and is discharged through the dirt release valve.
