　　When the nitrogen pressure of the liquid nitrogen generator does not reach the set value, first observe the flow meter. If the flow rate shows larger than usual, it can be basically concluded that the entire system has leaks.
　　Treatment method: turn off the power of the liquid nitrogen generator, remove the gas path, seal the nitrogen outlet with a sealing nut, turn on the power of the liquid nitrogen generator, see if the pressure can reach the set value, and see if the flow display can reach "000 ", if the flow display can return to zero, it means that the liquid nitrogen generator itself does not leak. Please check the pipeline after the gas outlet and whether the gas equipment is leaking. If the flow display cannot return to zero, there is a leak in the liquid nitrogen generator. Please use soap to check if there is any leak in the drying tube.
　　When the instrument is frequently started, the liquid nitrogen generator may leak. Please check whether the nitrogen flow display is consistent with the actual gas consumption of the gas equipment. If the difference is too large, it can be concluded that the entire system has leaks. Please check the leaks according to the above common faults, and check the air dryness with soap. 　　1. Under normal circumstances, discharge the electrolyte in the machine and replace it with a new one after every six months of use. If it works normally (no change in gas production), it will be maintained once a year.
　　2. Regularly check whether the internal pipe joints of the machine are loose or leaking. Method: Just close the gas valve of the gas equipment or directly block the gas outlet of the rear panel, and the pointer of the pressure gauge will reach the overpressure setting value, usually (0.19Mpa), whether it will fall down after 5 minutes. If yes, the machine is leaking; if not, the nitrogen generator is operating normally, and if there is a leak, the seal must be tightened again.
　　3. Use dry compressed air to clean the power supply and the whole machine.
　　4. Regularly check the opening and closing conditions of the solenoid valve in the machine, that is, whether the water filling solenoid valve has normal magnetic attraction when the water filling indicator light is on.
