  1. Carbon molecular sieve is the core of the laboratory nitrogen generator. In order to prevent it from being contaminated and losing its effect, the oil content of the air compressor exhaust must be strictly controlled, and the activated carbon in the precision filter element and the high efficiency deoiler replace.
  2. The laboratory nitrogen generator is in operation. When a large amount of black dust is sprayed from the vent of the muffler, it should be shut down in time to find the cause to avoid more serious carbon molecular sieve powdering.
  3. Regularly check the pressure gauge of the compression cylinder. If there is no pressure or the pressure drops during the desorption process, it means that the cylinder can no longer compress the carbon molecular sieve normally, and the fault should be eliminated in time to prevent the carbon molecular sieve from being compressed and moving and causing molecular sieve powder. Due to interstitial reorganization or normal loss of carbon molecular sieve, when a carbon level alarm occurs, stop the machine immediately to add carbon molecular sieve. The storage, transportation, loading and unloading of carbon molecular sieve will not be harmful to the human body. When filling carbon molecular sieve, you can wear goggles, breathing filter and use an exhaust fan. After filling, wash the skin contact with soap.
