If the pressure difference is too small, the filter element may be broken down, or improper installation may cause the filter inlet and outlet to bypass, or the oil flow is insufficient; if the pressure difference is too large, it may be due to low oil temperature and high viscosity , Or the oil is emulsified, or the filter element is seriously polluted and needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Timely cleaning, cleaning the filter and replacing the filter element must be carried out in time according to the time interval specified in the manual and according to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter. 4. Install an oil suction filter on the suction port or suction line of the pump to prevent large particles from being absorbed into the pump. The filtering accuracy is generally 80-120 mesh.
