Liquid nitrogen generator is an economical and practical laboratory nitrogen source product. Compared with traditional laboratory nitrogen cylinders, its safety performance has been greatly improved. It is a better choice to use it instead of laboratory cylinders. It uses ultra-high molecular weight permeable membrane separation technology and an effective dehumidification device to reduce the original humidity, and can automatically discharge water after shutdown. At the same time, metal polymer dehumidification and two-stage adsorption are used to greatly improve the purity of nitrogen.
The preparation work to be done before starting the liquid nitrogen generator:
1. Prepare electrolyte: dissolve with 500ml distilled water, 300 type: 130g potassium hydroxide, after the solution is cooled, pour into the liquid tank, and add distilled water to the level mark. The liquid injection port should be located on the top of the instrument. Press the sign to remove the cover and perform liquid injection immediately. When working, make sure that the “O2” port of the instrument is unblocked. If the instrument stops working for 15 days, please draw out the electrolyte.
2. Tighten the output sealing cap of the liquid nitrogen generator, connect the power cord, and turn on the button switch. The air "Air" working indicator is yellow-green, and the air output pressure gauge pointer slowly rises to 0.4Mpa; the "H2" system automatically starts, and the flow rate is displayed as: 280~380ml/min. After a few minutes, the "H2" flow rate is displayed If it is "000" or close to "000", the pointer of the pressure gauge is 0.3Mpa; after the "N2" system is turned on, it will be purged and drained. This process takes about 15 minutes; the pressure gauge indicates 0Mpa and the flow rate is displayed as: 300 ~400ml/min, after 15 minutes, the emptying ends, it will automatically switch to the output port of "N2", the pointer of the pressure gauge will rise to 0.4Mpa, and the switch indicator will be yellow-green. The flow rate is displayed as "000" or close to "000".
After the above is normal, turn off the power, remove the sealing nut on the "H2", "N2", and "Air" output ports, connect the chromatographic instrument (gas equipment) with a pipe with an outer diameter of Φ3, and ensure that the seal does not leak.
