  Since ancient times, humans have been accustomed to drying materials with natural heat sources and natural ventilation, which are completely restricted by natural conditions and have low production capacity. With the development of production, they are gradually replaced by artificially controllable heat sources and air dehumidifiers.Desiccant air dryer is a mechanical equipment that vaporizes and escapes the moisture in the material (generally refers to moisture or other volatile liquid components) by heating to obtain a solid material with a specified moisture content.


  Firstly, I will introduce you to the working principle of desiccant air dryer:
  A large amount of air discharged from the air compressor flows in from the compressed air inlet pipe and enters the operating towers of the two towers through the air valve. The moisture in it will be absorbed by the adsorbent and dried. When the air circulates to the top of the tower, all the moisture in the air is absorbed, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The entire cycle standard takes 10 minutes, and each tower runs for 5 minutes. One tower is in the process of working (operation tower), and the other tower is in the regeneration state (non-operation tower). The regeneration time is 4.5 minutes, and the continuous pressure time is 0.5 minutes. During the regeneration process, a part of the dry air in the operating tower enters the non-operating tower through the regeneration air volume regulating valve, and the water in the tower is brought to the atmosphere through the silencer. The air consumption during operation is 12% of the equipment processing capacity.

  2. It is a real-time operating system based on advanced microprocessor, which carries out comprehensive control and monitoring through a simple and clear user interface. The user can identify any conditions during the operation of the dryer to ensure that it is used in sensitive applications. At the same time, E-CTRL is also equipped with a remote control port and a joint control port to meet the special needs of users.
  3. The pneumatic valve and control valve adopt high-quality brands, and are equipped with a specially designed refueling system and oil recovery system, which not only improve the service life and stability, but also comply with the concept of environmental protection.
  4. The valve switching is controlled by a microcomputer program controller, which has stable performance to ensure that there is no air cut when the adsorption tower is switched, avoid the impact of airflow on the adsorbent, and make the adsorbent have a longer life.
