  heatless adsorption dryer utilizes the characteristic of adsorbent to selectively adsorb certain components and adsorb the moisture in the compressed air to achieve the purpose of drying. Since the adsorbent will reach saturation equilibrium after being adsorbed for a certain period of time, it is necessary to regenerate it with dry gas to restore the adsorption and drying capacity.
  heatless adsorption dryer is a large amount of air discharged from an air compressor. It flows in from the compressed air inlet pipe and enters the operating tower of the two towers through the air valve. The moisture in it will be absorbed by the adsorbent and dried. When the air circulates to the top of the tower, all the moisture in the air is absorbed, and the dew point temperature can reach -40°C, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The entire cycle standard takes 10 minutes, and each tower runs for 5 minutes. One tower is in the process of working (operation tower), and the other tower is in regeneration state (non-operation tower). The regeneration time is 4.5 minutes. During the regeneration process, operation A part of the dry air in the tower enters the non-operating tower through the regeneration air volume control valve to bring the water in the tower to the atmosphere through the muffler. The air consumption during operation is 12% of the processing capacity of the equipment.

  5. Advanced microcomputer control system with functions such as automatic timekeeping, automatic switching, working time setting, fault alarm and so on.
  6. Dew point monitoring and control system can be installed as required.
