The gas supplied by the air compression pump is introduced into the molecular sieve. Oxygen, carbon dioxide, water and other impurities are removed through the molecular sieve, and only nitrogen is allowed to pass through the molecular sieve. It can be used directly after entering the gas storage tank and adjusting the appropriate pressure and flow rate in the gas storage tank.

　　So what are the operating steps of the Laboratory nitrogen gas generator?
　　1. Open the packing box, take out the instrument, check the appearance of the instrument, and check the packing list.
　　2. Add electrolyte: Dilute and dissolve 150 grams of analytically pure potassium hydroxide (KOH) with about 500ml of distilled water. After cooling, use a funnel to pour into the liquid tank from the liquid inlet, and then add distilled water to close to the scale mark on the liquid level.
　　3. Tighten the sealing cap on the nitrogen output port on the rear panel of the instrument.
　　4. Remove the sealing pressure cap from the "air input" port on the rear panel of the instrument, and then use a φ3mm tube to connect with the air source. Turn on the air first, otherwise it is easy to malfunction. Turn on the power of the nitrogen generator after the air pressure exceeds 0.4Mpa.
　　5. Boot:
　　(1) Turn on the power, turn on the switch, and observe the flow (emptying flow) display. At this time, the displayed value should be: ZN300200-300; ZN500200-300. Because nitrogen is purging the internal gas path of the instrument at this time, there is no nitrogen output and the pressure gauge does not rise. This process is called "emptying" and takes about 10 minutes.
　　(2) After "emptying", the pressure gauge rises and reaches 0.4Mpa (set value), the digital display gradually returns to zero, displaying "000" (or "010"), and no more nitrogen is produced, indicating that the instrument normal.
　　6. Online:
　　After the startup is normal, first shut down, and then remove the sealing pressure cap on the nitrogen outlet, connect the instrument with an outer diameter of φ3mm, and ensure that the sealing joint does not leak, then restart the instrument, and wait until the pressure reaches the set pressure. be usable.
