Introduction to the technical advantages of laboratory nitrogen generators

  In terms of work flow, the laboratory nitrogen generator is compressed by a compressor and enters the refrigeration dryer for freeze drying to meet the dew point requirements of the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator system for the raw air. Then through the filter to remove the oil and water in the raw material air, into the air buffer tank to reduce pressure fluctuations.
  Then the pressure is adjusted to the rated working pressure by the pressure regulating valve and sent to two adsorbers (with carbon molecular sieve inside), where the air is separated to produce nitrogen. The raw material air enters one of the adsorbers to produce nitrogen; the other adsorber is decompressed and regenerated. The two adsorbers work alternately, continuously supplying raw material air, and continuously producing nitrogen. The nitrogen is sent to the nitrogen buffer tank, and the pressure is adjusted to the rated pressure by the pressure regulating valve; then it is measured by a flow meter and analyzed and tested by a nitrogen analyzer. The qualified nitrogen is reserved for use and the unqualified nitrogen is vented.
  What are the technical advantages of the laboratory nitrogen generator?
  1. Short-range monitoring mode: Configure the remote (duty room) centralized operation platform to realize the remote control of multiple nitrogen-making devices, without the need for stand-alone operation.
  2. One-key start and stop of the whole machine: The whole machine (including the air compressor) can be started and stopped with one key, and the operation is convenient and simple; read the data and alarm values of the air compressor directly, and display the main parameters in a centralized manner. One-button start can make the equipment run stably, safely and reliably, reduce the intensity of manual operation, and reduce unnecessary malfunctions caused by misoperation.
  3. Remote monitoring mode: Configure networking components (excluding optical cables and other basic network facilities) to realize networking with the remote (dispatch room) monitoring system, which can remotely monitor and operate the nitrogen generating device.
  4. Temperature control method: spiral plate heat exchanger, heat exchange principle, no external power supply, energy-saving product; pure mechanical welding structure, the failure rate is very low, no electrical faults and accessories consumption.
