The cyclone separator is a dry dust filter device, suitable for collecting fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, and the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtering effect of the fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the equipment, the dust with large particles and high specific gravity will settle down due to the action of gravity. , Falling into the ash hopper, when the gas containing finer dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, so that the gas is purified.

The main structure of the cyclone separator is a conical cylinder. The upper section of the cylinder is equipped with a gas inlet pipe in the tangential direction. The top of the cylinder is equipped with a certain depth of exhaust pipe inserted into the cylinder. The bottom of the conical cylinder has a powder outlet for receiving fine powder. . When the dust-laden airflow enters the cyclone separator from the intake pipe at a speed of 12-30m/s, the airflow will change from linear motion to circular motion. Most of the swirling airflow flows downward from the cylinder to the cone in a spiral shape along the wall of the vessel. In addition, the particles are thrown to the wall under the action of centrifugal force. Once the dust particles contact the wall, they lose inertial force, and the momentum of the downward axial velocity near the wall falls along the wall and enters the ash discharge pipe. Fall into the collection bag from the powder outlet. The rotating downward external swirling airflow continuously flows into the central part of the separator during the descending process to form a centripetal radial airflow. This part of the airflow constitutes a rotating upward internal swirling flow.
The direction of rotation of the inner and outer swirling flows is the same, and the purified gas passes through the exhaust pipe to the outside of the discharger, and part of the finer dust particles that have not been separated also escape. Another small part of the gas flowing in from the intake pipe passes through the top cover of the cyclone separator and flows downwards along the outside of the exhaust pipe. When it reaches the lower end of the exhaust pipe, it merges with the rising internal swirling airflow and enters the exhaust pipe. The fine particles dispersed in this part of the upper cyclone are also taken away, and then collected by a bag filter or a wet dust collector.
I hope the above content can help you understand this product better.
