The reason why the oil inlet of the adsorption dryer is equipped with a degreasing filter is that the oil is a non-polar substance with a large molecular weight.Compressed air contains oil mist particles and gaseous oil vapor molecules in the form of aerosol. Molecular sieve, activated alumina and other adsorbents have no adsorption capacity for them. The oil film adhered to the surface of the adsorbent will soon lose its adsorption capacity.Therefore, the compressed air should remove the oil before entering the adsorption tower.The aerosol mist particles can be removed with a high-efficiency degreasing filter, and the oil vapor needs to be removed with an activated carbon adsorption filter.In general, a set of degreasing filter can be installed in front of the adsorption dryer to meet the requirements.


The exhaust of oil-free lubricated air compressors is theoretically oil-free, but at present most oil-free lubricated air compressors are actually less oil air compressors, although the exhaust oil content is less than oil-lubricated air compressors The amount of residual oil in the adsorption tower is not negligible.More often, even with a low-oil air compressor, a degreasing filter must be installed in front of the adsorption dryer.


The filter element of the oil removal filter adopts a high-strength wedge-shaped filter screen, and the filter element is automatically cleaned through pressure difference control and timing control.When impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases to a set value, or the timer reaches a predetermined time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwash mechanism.When the backwash suction plate port is aligned with the filter element inlet, the discharge valve is opened, and the system is released and discharged. The negative pressure area below the external pressure of the filter element appears inside the suction plate and filter element, and part of the net circulating water is forced to flow out of the filter element To the inside of the filter element, impurity particles are adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element, flow into the tray with water, and are discharged from the discharge valve.


The degreasing filter backwashes the continuous water supply, and the entire backwashing is achieved in the nozzle cleaning screen, which is true at every point. During backwashing, the local pressure between the suction nozzle and the fine filter only changes, and the movement of the collector and hydraulic cylinder does not affect the normal water supply.
