The generator separates the air and oxidizes on the negative side of the membrane, and consumes the oxidizing gas in the air. This separation method determines that the purity of nitrogen cannot be very high, because it is related to the air flow rate, the length of the effective decomposition surface, and the strength of the electrolysis potential. The reason why the electrolyte is added is to increase the conductivity of water So that its chemical reaction can proceed smoothly.
When detecting the compressor compressor failure, the probe with a camera is extended into the nitrogen generator, so that the compressor can be observed. The occurrence of blockages, hose discounts, and inadequate sealing can be observed under the endoscope display, so that the elimination method can be avoided, and the test results are clear and clear, which not only saves inspection time It also improves the efficiency of the generator and reduces the work pressure of maintenance personnel.
If there is noise when the instrument is started, it is necessary to determine which part of the instrument has a problem and find it in time and deal with it in time.
1. The pressure regulator valve is ringing: it is caused by the large gas flow rate, reduce the gas flow appropriately or turn the regulator valve knob clockwise 1/4 turn;
2. One-way valve ringing: unscrew the outlet end of the one-way valve, and use pointed tweezers to rotate the internal pressure wire clockwise until it does not ring (the one-way valve is located between the gas tank and the solenoid valve, which is a hexagonal valve body. Airflow direction sign);
3. Solenoid valve sound: adjust the tightness of the pressure cap above the solenoid valve, if not, disassemble the solenoid valve and clean the internal parts with alcohol (the solenoid valve is located in the upper corner of the instrument);
4. Compressor sound: the sound will affect the use of the compressor and needs to be replaced. It is generally caused by the compressor being damaged due to transport failure or long service period.
When faced with the noise of the laboratory nitrogen generator, we can take the following methods to deal with it to reduce the chance of noise.
1. Install muffler at the air inlet: Generally, the air inlet can be led to the outdoor, and then install the muffler. Due to the low frequency characteristics of the intake noise, it is generally equipped with impedance composite muffler, micro-perforated plate composite muffler, Venturi muffler, etc.
2. Noise control of the gas storage tank: the instrument continuously delivers compressed gas to the gas storage tank, and the compressed air in the tank generates excited vibration under the action of the pulsation of the air flow, which is accompanied by strong noise, and at the same time stimulates the shell vibration radiation noise . In addition to adopting the method of sound insulation, this kind of noise can also suspend the sound absorbing body in the gas storage tank, and use the sound absorbing effect of the sound absorbing body to hinder the formation of standing waves in the tank, so as to achieve the purpose of sound absorption and noise reduction.
3. Install the sound insulation cover: In the occasions with high environmental noise requirements, for the noise, installing the muffler only at the air inlet often fails to meet the noise reduction requirements. The noise radiated by the chassis and mechanical components must also be treated. The installation of sound insulation hood on nitrogen equipment is an effective measure to control this noise. The design of the sound insulation cover should ensure hermeticity in order to obtain a good sound insulation effect. In order to facilitate maintenance and disassembly, the sound insulation cover can be designed to be detachable, leaving the maintenance door and observation window. At the same time, the problem of heat dissipation should be considered, and mufflers should be installed at the inlet and outlet.
4. Vibration reduction for the instrument: The vibration is very large, and it is usually necessary to perform vibration reduction treatment on the base. According to the weight and vibration frequency of the instrument, the vibration reduction design and the selection of the vibration reduction product are performed. The pipeline from the exhaust of the instrument to the gas storage tank generates vibration and radiates noise due to the pressure pulse of the exhaust. It will not only cause fatigue damage of pipes and supports, but also affect the surrounding environment. For this reason, it is necessary to adopt anti-vibration and noise reduction for the pipeline. It is common to install a cut-off orifice plate in the exhaust pipe and avoid the length of the resonance pipe.
