After the upgrade, there are pointing coordinates outside the adjustment controller, which can directly determine the online drying tower and the regeneration drying tower, but the installation of liquid nitrogen plant needs to set the initial position in accordance with the opening direction of the regulator and the four-way valve.
2. Switching time: The original motor switching is instantaneous switching, and the action is fast. It takes 150 seconds to switch after the upgrade, which is longer than the original motor, but the switching is smooth and the system pressure will not cause excessive fluctuations. After the upgrade, the opening time of the solenoid valve should be reset, otherwise it will be opened once during the switching process, and the pressure protection will be turned off instantly, but it is also easy to cause the system outlet pressure to drop, and it is easy to cause the lower equipment to trip.
3. System protection: After the upgrade, the original protection must still exist, that is, pressure protection. When the pressure difference between the online drying tower and the system is greater than 17 PSI, it will not be switched. The drying system will repeatedly press, so that the pressure value of the online drying tower is infinitely close to the system pressure value, at least less than 17 psi.
