1. The drying tube in the Laboratory nitrogen gas generator should be replaced regularly. When 50% of the discolored silicone in the drying tube changes color, the internal packing should be replaced. Replacement method: turn off the power and evacuate the system gas (pressure drop to zero). Unscrew the purification tube in the direction of the arrow, unscrew the end cap of the purification tube, and replace the silica gel desiccant.
2. The Laboratory nitrogen gas generator material processing method, the color-changing silica gel is baked in a 120 ℃ oven for 12 hours. The molecular sieve is burned in a muffle furnace at 250°C-300°C for 24 hours.
3. When replacing the desiccant, you should pay attention to put all the absorbent cotton into the tube to ensure that there is no impact on the sealing end surface, so as to ensure that the end cover can be sealed after tightening.
4. When installing the nitrogen generator in the laboratory, tighten it in the direction indicated by the arrow. Use soap liquid to detect leaks after starting up and ensure the seal.
5. The thread surface of the drying pipe is not allowed to be wrapped with various sealing tapes without authorization, otherwise it will cause the drying pipe to crack and fail to seal.
6. The electrolyte used in the nitrogen generator of the instrument laboratory should be supplemented regularly with distilled water according to the usage conditions to ensure that the liquid level is between the upper and lower limits.
7. The instrument Laboratory nitrogen gas generator does not consume KOH, but it is recommended to replace the electrolyte every six months. When replacing the electrolyte, firstly draw the waste alkaline liquid from the instrument Laboratory nitrogen gas generator, add distilled water, start the instrument, and let the system clean the electrolysis The system takes about 5-10 minutes, draws distilled water and adds the configured new electrolytic lye.
8. The displayed value of flow rate is based on the change of the current loaded on the electrolytic cell. There may be slight changes when the vibration is encountered. The displayed value changes within ±10 within the normal range, but the flow supply can still output stably.
