It is regenerated as a regeneration gas, and the two towers are switched at a fixed switching time to continuously provide dry gas.
Heatless adsorption dryer should be installed in the room with an ambient temperature of 0-55℃. Ensure that the dryer is installed on a solid and reliable surface. There should be enough space around it. In order to ensure the performance and life of the dryer, the gas entering the dryer It should be pretreated by necessary equipment so that the gas temperature is not higher than 45℃, the oil content is not more than 1mg/m3, and there is no liquid water.
Heatless adsorption dryer is started, the compressor must be started first. After the pipeline pressure exceeds 0.4MPa, turn on the switch on the computer control box.
