The cause of leakage of liquid nitrogen generator and introduction of product characteristics

  The liquid nitrogen generator uses membrane separation to obtain high-purity nitrogen from the compressed air, and then cools the compressed nitrogen to a special temperature through a circulating refrigeration system. When the pressure of the gas decreases, the Joule-Thomson effect is generated, which makes High-purity nitrogen is converted to liquid nitrogen. The purity of liquid nitrogen can reach 98.6%, and 8L of liquid nitrogen can be produced every 24 hours. It is an ideal equipment for producing high-purity liquid nitrogen.
  The liquid nitrogen generator uses nitrogen as the cold source to cool liquid air or liquid nitrogen. There are two types of subcoolers: plate type and tube type. When leakage occurs, it will affect the normal operation of the fractionation tower. It is divided into two situations:
  1、Liquid air and liquid nitrogen leak to the nitrogen side. Because the liquid air leaks to the nitrogen side, the liquid nitrogen generator will further recover the cold capacity in the heat exchanger, so the increase in cold loss is not obvious, but the cold end temperature is low. Will drop, the cold end is too cold. If it is an air-liquid leak, due to the low nitrogen concentration of air-liquid, the leakage into the gas nitrogen will reduce the purity of the gas nitrogen. After the liquid leaks, the amount of liquid entering the upper tower is reduced, and the reflux liquid is reduced, which will worsen the distillation conditions and decrease the oxygen output. In severe cases, the fractionation tower cannot work normally.
  2. Gas nitrogen leaks out of the device. This generally occurs at the weld or flange of the connecting pipe. When gas nitrogen leaks, the amount of gas nitrogen entering the heat exchanger decreases, the degree of subcooling of the liquid decreases, and the gasification rate increases after throttling. At the same time, because this part of the nitrogen that has not been reheated leaks through the insulating material, the output of gas nitrogen decreases, the cold loss increases, the shell is frosted, and the liquid oxygen level of the condensing evaporator drops.
  So what are the characteristics of the liquid nitrogen generator?
  1. Program control: The control system of the nitrogen generator uses a dedicated chip. All work processes are completed under program control. Automatic constant pressure, constant flow, nitrogen flow can be automatically adjusted from 0-300ml/min according to the amount.
  2. Advanced technology: the electrolytic cell adopts vertical single liquid surface and double cathode. The new membrane separation technology, the catalytic layer uses PCAN carrier and precious metal catalyst, so that the electrolytic cell has high catalytic efficiency, large gas production, and high nitrogen purity. The electrolytic cell has undergone more than 100 hours of high-voltage and high-current aging test before leaving the factory to make the electrolytic cell performance and The working condition is extremely stable.
  3. Three-stage catalysis: In addition to the two-stage catalysis in the electrolytic cell, there is also a third-stage catalysis. The catalyst uses new noble metals to make the output nitrogen oxygen content less than 3ppm.
