Operation method of liquid nitrogen generator:
1. Remove the sealing nut from the air outlet on the back of the instrument.
2. Connect the gas outlet of the self-inspected nitrogen generator to the nitrogen gas inlet of the chromatograph with an outer diameter Φ3 gas pipe, and the tightness of the nut must be good.
3. After the gas circuit is connected, turn on the power switch of the nitrogen generator. Use online with chromatograph.
4. When using the instrument, pay attention to whether the flow indication is consistent with the gas consumption of the chromatograph. If the flow indication exceeds the actual consumption of the chromatograph, shut down and check for leaks. The method should be adjusted according to the cause of the instrument's failure and the troubleshooting method, and then use the automatic It can be used after the inspection method is qualified.
5. Regularly check whether the silica gel in the filter has changed color, if it changes color, please replace or regenerate it immediately. The method is to unscrew the filter, then unscrew the upper cover of the filter, tighten the upper cover of the filter after replacing the silica gel, and install the filter on the base and tighten it. And check for leaks.
6. After the instrument is used for a period of time, the electrolyte will gradually decrease. When the electrolyte level is close to the lower limit, water should be added in time. At this time, just add double distilled water. When adding liquid or water, the liquid level should not exceed the upper limit or be lower. In the lower limit.
7. Please replace the electrolyte when the instrument has been used for half a year.
8. Do not run the instrument without load when the pressure is "0". The electrolytic cell and switching power supply components will be burned out when running at no load. Cause damage to the entire instrument.
9. Users should not disassemble and open the electrolytic cell by themselves, so as not to affect the operation of the whole machine.
10. If the instrument needs to be transported, please suck up the electrolyte in the tank with an ear-washing ball. After installing the inner cover, tighten the outer cover to prevent the residual electrolyte from overflowing during transportation and corroding the entire instrument and making it irreparable. s consequence.
