  The heating adsorption dryer uses advanced chemical technology. Its principle is to use the saturated compressed air to use the difference in moisture and air molecule volume. It uses a special molecular sieve for gas purification to filter out the saturated water vapor in the compressed air, which can easily remove water molecules. Adsorbed in molecular sieve particles, and then using regeneration method to reduce molecular sieve, the compressed air dew point can easily reach -40 ℃.
  Traditionally, the adsorbent, the controller, the valve and the silencer are collectively referred to as the four major wearing parts of the heating adsorption dryer.
  1. As the main industrial body of the dryer, the adsorbent is subjected to frequent impacts of pressure, water vapor and heat most of the time, and is easily mechanically broken and fouled by the medium, which degrades the performance of the adsorbent. Since activated alumina replaced silica gel as the main adsorbent, various properties have been greatly improved, especially the compressive strength and resistance to liquid water immersion have reached a high level, as long as there is no "insufficient energy consumption for regeneration" Factors, after the treatment of activated alumina, the dew point of compressed air can reach -40 ℃ stably, which is technically guaranteed, and the service life can reach more than 2-3 years.
  2. The controller is the command center of the adsorption dryer. The development of attached electronic technology and the wide application of PLC technology have achieved a qualitative leap over the earlier mechanical-electrical control in terms of control accuracy and reliability. In addition to heating regeneration elements that have been further improved in terms of anti-interference and overload resistance, other control elements are no longer vulnerable parts.
  3. The control valve is an easily damaged part of the adsorption dryer. Frequent switching and long-term exposure to mixed invasion of moisture and adsorbents are important reasons for valve damage.
  4. The muffler is a component that is more prone to failure, and its main manifestation is that the muffler exhaust channel is blocked. Once the muffler fails (clogs), the damage to the whole machine is fatal, which will cause the adsorbent's regeneration performance to decline and premature aging. Therefore, the muffler is the focus of the daily maintenance of the adsorption dryer.
