Installation sequence of compressed air filter

The compressed air filter mainly removes impurities such as liquid, solid, bacteria and other impurities in the compressed air. According to the needs of the work site, the degree of filtration also has corresponding requirements. Some manufacturers need coarse filtration, but some precision work occasions require more precision. Therefore, in order to reduce the pressure difference and not block the filter, the different precisions of the filter need to be used in conjunction with each other. The filtration progress of the compressed air filter is divided into: 25μm, 5μm, 1μm, 0.01μm, activated carbon, and the corresponding abbreviations are: X25, X5, X1, XA, AC. So what is the installation sequence of the compressed air filter? What issues need attention?
The first thing that needs to be determined is the number of stages of filtration. When the compressed air filtration accuracy is high and the three-stage filter is used, the principle that needs to be followed is "first coarse and then fine", connect the three filters in series. The three commonly used precision series are X1, XA and AC. The reason for the precision from coarse to fine is that the large particles in the compressed air are filtered out first, and the first level is filtered. Otherwise, if the precision filter is placed in the front end, the meaning of multi-stage filtration will be lost, and the precision filter will be used. The filter is blocked, increasing the pressure difference, affecting the filtering effect, and wasting resources.
The second thing to note is that the inlet and outlet directions of the compressed air filter should not be reversed. Normally, the direction of the compressed air passing through the filter element of the impurity removal filter is from inside to outside, and the direction of the dust removal filter is opposite, from outside to inside. The connecting parts of the three filters are low-cost, modular design, making the filter more convenient to connect, no leakage, and good sealing. There are two triangular arrows on the compressed air housing. When the two arrows are aligned, the upper and lower end caps of the filter have been tightened.
The installation and disassembly of the compressed air filter is very simple and convenient. The on-site staff can basically operate by themselves.
