How to solve the problems encountered after the blower purge adsorption dryer for a long time

At present, there are four main types of adsorption dryers on the market, namely: athermal adsorption dryer, micro-thermal adsorption dryer, blower purge adsorption dryer, compression thermal adsorption dryer, each type The dryers have their own characteristics, let us take a look.
1. Heatless adsorption dryer: use a part of the dried compressed air to purge the adsorbent after depressurization to achieve "regeneration" of the adsorbent;
2. Micro-heat adsorption dryer: The difference from the heatless adsorption dryer is that the compressed air used for purging is heated by an electric heater;
3. Blower purge adsorption dryer: The difference with the micro-heat adsorption type is that compressed air is no longer used, but the method of blowing through the blower;
4. Compression heat absorption dryer: Different from the blast adsorption dryer, this dryer is used to heat the heat energy generated during the compression process of the recovered air compressor.
Let us focus on the blower purge adsorption dryer, the basic principle of the blower purge adsorption dryer is similar to the traditional adsorption process. However, the regeneration method is a blast regeneration process, and the process steps include heating and blowing cooling. During heating, the regeneration gas source comes from the ambient air boosted by the blower, and is heated to the regeneration temperature by the heater as the regeneration gas analyzed by the adsorber bed. During the regeneration operation, the regenerated heating gas heats and analyzes the adsorption bed, and the regenerated gas carries the precipitated water vapor and takes it out of the adsorber. Regenerated blow-cooled or taken from its own dry air, used as regenerated blow-cooled gas after decompression, or air-circulated cooling separation as regenerated blow-cooled gas, and blow-cooled the bed to meet the needs of the next stage of adsorption work and avoid air The outlet dew point is unstable due to the presence of bed temperature.
As a commonly used dryer in industrial production, the blower purge adsorption dryer is more and more widely used, but even the best adsorption dryer will fail after a long time. When equipment fails, how can we handle it properly?
1. The effect is not good and the dew point is high: adjust the throttle valve to appropriately increase the regeneration gas; the period of the double tower switching is improper and needs to be reset; the adsorbent is polluted, and the adsorbent is replaced after the cause of the inspection is eliminated;
2. After starting up, the silencer keeps deflating: Tower A is regenerated, Tower B membrane valve solenoid is damaged or vice versa;
3. The pressure drop is too large: check whether the configured filter is blocked; the adsorbent has been broken for a long time and needs to be replaced; the pipeline system has a leak, and the leak point needs to be found and eliminated.
