The liquid nitrogen generator is used to store cryogenic liquid. Cryogenic liquids are usually liquefied gases below -150°C. Common products include oxygen, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen and helium. Cryogenic tanks are also used to store gases at higher temperatures, examples of which include liquefied natural gas (LNG), carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.
These form part of the gas supply system and are used in a wide range of applications, including metal processing, medical technology, electronics, water treatment, energy power generation and the food industry. Cryogenic liquids are also used in cryogenic cooling applications, such as engineering shrinkage, food freezing, and storage of biological samples.
The liquid nitrogen generator is thermally insulated, usually with a vacuum jacket, and is designed and manufactured to high specifications in accordance with international design specifications. They can be fixed, mobile or transportable.
Static cryogenic tanks are designed for fixed locations, but this includes small mobile water tanks mounted on wheels for workshops and laboratories. Static cryogenic tanks are usually classified as pressure vessels because new storage tanks and their related systems will be manufactured and put into use in accordance with the "Pressure Equipment Regulations". There is also a series of non-pressurized open neck containers (Dewar flasks) available for those applications that require direct access to liquids. The size, pressure and flow range of the liquid nitrogen tank can meet the different requirements of users.
Liquid nitrogen tanks used to transport cryogenic liquids or intended to transport cryogenic liquids must comply with the "Regulations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment."
In this era of rapid technological development, everyone should have heard of liquid nitrogen. Should they have been exposed to it more or less in life? But what exactly does it do, maybe so unclear, let's take a look at it together:
Where is liquid nitrogen? It is an ultra-low temperature (minus 196 degrees) liquid. With this feature, it can be used in food refrigeration, metallurgical industry, washing and protective gas, waste treatment, power transmission and food additives, etc. Liquid nitrogen has been widely used in various fields.
When using liquid nitrogen, you need to know how to store it? This requires the introduction of another widely used product-liquid nitrogen generator
Liquid nitrogen tanks are also called liquid nitrogen generators, which are divided into liquid nitrogen storage tanks and liquid nitrogen transportation tanks. It can be used for refrigeration, transportation and storage; it is convenient for business and some self-employed people.
Now this liquid can be used in many industries, such as:
1. This liquid is used in medical treatment to use its low temperature to act on the tissues to cause necrosis to achieve the purpose of treatment. It is a biochemical process.
2, making quick-cooked cold products on food;
3. Livestock industry: mainly used for the transportation and storage of frozen semen
4. Beauty industry: by freezing the skin and cooling down suddenly, the effect of beauty treatment is achieved.
