The liquid nitrogen generator is an advanced gas separation technology. It uses high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent, and uses the pressure swing adsorption principle (PSA) at room temperature to separate air to produce high-purity nitrogen. The following introduces the solutions to common problems of laboratory nitrogen gas generator:
1. There is a noise during operation:
Solution: Use a wrench to adjust the tightness of the nut on the instrument properly, not too tight; if not, you need to disassemble the shell of the instrument and clean the interior (the sound is mainly due to impurities inside). If the cleaning is not complete, replace it with a new one.
2. The large pressure displayed on the meter head during operation cannot reach the set value:
Solution: This is caused by air leakage, and it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive leak detection of the air circuit, especially the drying room and battery.
3. When the nitrogen pressure does not reach the set value, you should first observe the flow meter. If the flow display is larger than usual, it can basically be concluded that the entire system is leaking:
Solution: Turn off the power first, remove the gas path, and seal the nitrogen outlet with a sealing nut, then turn on the power of the nitrogen generator to see if the pressure can reach the set value, and if the flow display can reach "000", if The flow display can return to zero, indicating that there is no gas leakage in the instrument itself. After that, please check the pipeline after the gas outlet and whether the gas equipment is leaking. If the flow display cannot return to zero, there is an air leak. Please use soap to check if there is air leak in the drying tube.
4. It can't work when booting, and the display board has no display:
Solution: first check whether the power supply is a little bit, whether the plug is plugged in, and then check whether the insurance is intact and whether the instrument display board cable plug-in is plugged in. The fuse is located in the wire socket at the back of the instrument. You can pry it out with a small "one" screwdriver or a sharp metal tool to see if the indicator light on the circuit board in the instrument is on. If not, check whether the fuse on the circuit board is burned out. If it is burned, the insurance 3A must be replaced. If it is still not displayed after the replacement, the power supply must be replaced.
