1. S-class compressed air filter: carry compressed air containing harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust and moisture into the first-stage filter of the compressed air filter.

In the pre-filter, compressed air will have a larger flow rate and pressure, so the pre-filter element generally uses high-strength materials, such as stainless steel wire mesh.

In the pre-filter, the filtration accuracy is only 3μm. Large particles of dust will be treated here, and the fine water will gather into larger water droplets and be discharged together with impurities here.

2. U and H grade compressed air filters: compressed air is initially filtered, the flow rate slows down, and the pressure is also weakened, and then enters the second and third stage filters.

At this stage, 1μm and 0.1μm dust will be filtered out, and liquid water droplets will become very few at this stage.

3. Class F compressed air filter: After the compressed air is filtered through the third step, it can enter the dryer equipment with confidence. After the dryer equipment, a Class F filter will be installed.

This is a high-precision filter used to filter ultrafine dust with a filtration accuracy of 0.01μm.
