  The following is an introduction to the use of Laboratory nitrogen gas generator:
  1. The instrument must be placed steadily and never tilted. The instrument has been debugged before leaving the factory, and the user only needs to connect the outlet port to the instrument used.
  2. Pay attention to the nitrogen pressure gauge, the pressure should not exceed 0.4Mpa, the output nitrogen pressure of this instrument is 0.4Mpa.
  3. Pay attention to the air pressure gauge, the pressure should be maintained at 0.7Mpa, if the display is not 0.7Mpa, please adjust the air regulator valve, such as nitrogen regulator valve. Otherwise, the air regulator valve must not be adjusted casually.
  4. The sponge filter pad of the air inlet is recommended to be cleaned every 4 months.
  5. During use, a certain amount of condensed water will accumulate in the high-pressure storage tank. It is recommended to drain once a week. The operation method is: hold the drain hose nozzle to the ground and press the drain switch on the front panel to drain.
  6. Do not open the external air purifier cover under pressure. The method of air emptying is: the power switch is in the off state, the drain hose nozzle is held to the ground, and the water drain switch on the front panel is pressed while observing the air pressure gauge, indicating that 0Mpa is emptying. Replace or regenerate the adsorbent in the external purifier every 300 hours of work. This adsorbent is activated carbon and cannot be changed to another type of adsorbent. To ensure the service life of the instrument, please strictly follow this operation.
