The degreasing filter is a three-stage degreasing equipment that uses ultra-fine microporous filter tubes as the main filter material to perform coarse filtration, semi-precision filtration, and fine filtration of compressed air. The horizontal partition in the oil removal filter housing divides its inner cavity into upper and lower cavities. The upper cavity is equipped with multiple filter elements, which makes full use of the filtering space and significantly reduces the filter volume. When working, the turbid liquid enters the lower cavity of the filter through the inlet, and then enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the partition hole. The impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are intercepted, and the net liquid passes through the gap to the upper cavity and is sent out from the outlet.
The water containing impurities enters the filter from the inlet, first flows through the coarse filter screen for coarse filtration, and then enters the inner cavity of the fine filter screen for fine filtration, and the filtered purified water flows out from the outlet. The filtered impurities are adsorbed on the fine filter screen, and thus form a pressure difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the filter screen.
When the pressure difference reaches the set value (for example, when 0.5Bar), the pressure sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller opens the drain valve to discharge from the drain port. As a result, the pressure of the hydraulic motor cavity and the impurity collector and chamber drops, thus producing Similar to the vacuum cleaning principle of negative pressure suction, the impurities on the surface of the filter screen are discharged to the sewage chamber through the sewage collector and the hydraulic motor along with the backwash water, and then discharged through the sewage hole. The drainage causes the hydraulic motor and the debris collector to rotate so that the entire filter screen can be washed. The large-size filter also has a driving cylinder to control the longitudinal movement of the impurity collector and prevent it from moving too fast, so that the entire filter screen can be flushed by the nozzle. The entire backwashing process is automatically controlled and only takes a few seconds, and the main water flow will not be interrupted during the self-cleaning process.
