XBZ Series Zero Loss Blower Heated Adsorption Dryer uses air blower and external electrical heater to produce purge air for desiccant regeneration. It include a dedicated blower and external heater to produce purge air for desiccant regeneration. The blower develops atmospheric air flow through the heater, then through the desiccant media thereby regenerating it. With this design, no dried compressed air is consumed for regeneration, which maximizes the amount delivered to the air system.
Adsorption dryer sizes from 13.5m3 to 260m3/min are available with each delivering -40°C pressure dew point air.
1.Low wattage heater with alarm:Heater High Temperature with high temperature interlock alarm provides continuous monitoring of heater sheath temperature. The heater will de-energize in a high temperature condition.
2.High Efficiency Centrifugal Blower:Reliable, quiet generation of purge air. Intake filter is positioned for convenient access to facilitate filter element changeout.
3.High Performance Valves:Time proven stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valves have five year’s service interval. High performance butterfly valves have three year service interval. Externally mounted solenoid valves for easy functional testing and troubleshooting.
4.High performance Desiccant:Double fixed bed layers, respectively filled with high performance activated alumina and molecular sieve.
5.Large Purge Mufflers:Large mufflers minimize noise and include built-in safety relief valves.
6.Tower Insulation as standard:Contains heat within towers to optimize regeneration efficiency. Provides contact barrier for safety.
7.Advanced PLC controller:SIEMENS LC Controlling system executes and monitors all dryer functions. 7 inch touch screen panel displays dryer status and related alarms. Modbus/RS-485 port and remote on/off and alarm alarm function.
8.Optional Mounted Filter Packages:For space saving and quick installation, high performance pre-filter with automatic drain and after-filters available.

Traditionally, the adsorbent, controller, valve and muffler are collectively referred to as the four major wearing parts of the adsorption dryer.
1. As the industrial main body of the dryer, the adsorbent is subjected to frequent impacts of pressure, water vapor and heat for most of the time, and it is easy to be mechanically broken and polluted by the medium, which deteriorates the performance of the adsorbent. Since activated alumina replaced silica gel as the main adsorbent, various properties have been greatly improved, especially the compressive strength and resistance to liquid water immersion have reached a very high level, as long as there is no "renewable energy consumption" and other operations Factors, after activated alumina treatment, the compressed air dew point is stable to -40 ℃ is technically guaranteed, and the life can reach more than 2-3 years.
2. The controller is the command center of the adsorption dryer. The development of the attached electronic technology and the wide application of the PLC technology have a qualitative leap over the early mechanical-electrical control in terms of control accuracy and reliability. In addition to the heating and regeneration elements being further improved in terms of anti-interference and overload resistance, other control elements are no longer wearing parts
3. The control valve is a part that is relatively easy to damage in the adsorption dryer. Frequent switching and long-term mixed attack of moisture and adsorbent sludge are important causes of valve damage.
4. The muffler is a component that is more prone to failure, and its main manifestation is that the muffler exhaust channel is blocked. Once the muffler fails (clogs), the damage to the whole machine is fatal, which will cause the regeneration performance of the adsorbent to decline and premature aging. Therefore, the silencer is the focus of the daily maintenance of the blower purge adsorption dryer.
