20 liters/day laboratory nitrogen gas generator is an air-cooled liquid nitrogen generator from Noblegen Cryogenics. By using reliable and efficient PSA technology to separate nitrogen and oxygen, the produced high-quality nitrogen gas is liquefied by a powerful cooling system.

Liquid nitrogen is stored in a vacuum adiabatic tank of the corresponding size, using a self-contained 1.5 m vacuum adiabatic tube to distribute liquid nitrogen. You can also choose other allocation methods.

When the following problems occur in the process of using the laboratory nitrogen gas generator device, you can repair it yourself:

1. When the liquid nitrogen pressure does not reach the set value, the flow meter should be observed first. If the flow rate display is larger than usual, it can basically be concluded that there is a gas leakage problem in the entire system.
Solution: Turn off the power first, remove the gas path, the liquid nitrogen outlet needs to be sealed with a sealing nut, and then turn on the power of the liquid nitrogen generator to see if the pressure can reach the set value and whether the flow rate display can reach "000" If the flow rate display can return to zero, it means that there is no air leakage in the instrument itself, then please check the pipeline after the gas outlet and the air-using equipment for air leakage. If the flow rate display cannot return to zero, there is a leak point. Please use soap to check the drying pipe for leaks.

2. There is a noise during operation.
Solution: Use a wrench to properly adjust the tightness of the nut on the instrument, not too tight; if it does not work, you need to disassemble the instrument shell and clean the inside (the main reason is that there are impurities inside). of.

3. During the running process, the meter shows that the digital large pressure cannot reach the set value.
Solution: This is caused by air leakage, and it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive leak detection of the gas circuit, especially the drying room and the battery.
