Scala produces a wide range of LNS series liquid nitrogen system from 80 to 2400 liters per day , or larger custom sizes. Our liquid nitrogen system uses advanced mixed refrigerants (MR) cryocooler combined with Joule-thompson (JT) refrigeration system to liquify nitrogen at cost effective way.
The LNS liquid nitrogen system has higher liquefaction efficiency and improved reliability compared with traditional GM cold head and Stirling refrigerator. The use of standard refrigerant components are accessible.

Advanced mixed-refrigerant cooling system with proprietary technology, compared with the traditional Stirling and GM cooler, the refrigerator does not need regular maintenance,it has high reliability and long service life.
Integrated modular type adsorption dryer and filtration system to ensure only clean and extremely dry compressed air flows into the nitrogen system and avoid freezing inside the cryo-cooler. With energy saving function,the dryer can be linked with air compressor.
World recognized nitrogen membrane from Parker, it has highest separation efficiency, no need electric heater,nitogen purity is 99%. Parker membrane modules are the most robust in the world and when provided with correct pre-treatment,life expectancy can exceed 10 years. Additionally, Parker membrane modules allow compressors to operate at 5 to 13barg,which incresase flexibility for the whole liquid nitrogen system, no nitrogen booster is required .
Pry-mounted structure, only need to connect the pipeline,the system can run automatically, on-site installation is greatly reduced, it has smaller size and low noise.
All cryogenic fittings are vacuum type to reduce cooling loss.

When we use the liquid nitrogen system, we must pay attention to the conditions of the applicable environment, which will affect the operation quality of the equipment, so we should pay attention to it when handling, so what conditions should be paid attention to when working?
1. Switching directionality: The original switching device can not see the specific switching direction on the outside, and only through the display on the touch screen can we determine which drying tower is online and which drying tower is regenerating. After the upgrade, there are pointing coordinates outside the adjustment controller, which can directly determine the online drying tower and the regeneration drying tower, but the liquid nitrogen liquid nitrogen system needs to set the initial position in accordance with the opening direction of the regulator and the four-way valve during installation.
2. Switching time: The original motor switching is instantaneous switching, and the action is fast. It takes 150 seconds to switch after the upgrade, which is longer than the original motor, but the switching is smooth and the system pressure will not cause excessive fluctuations. After the upgrade, the opening time of the solenoid valve should be reset, otherwise it will be opened once during the switching process, and the pressure protection will be turned off instantly, but it is also easy to cause the system outlet pressure to drop, and it is easy to cause the lower equipment to trip.
3. System protection: After the upgrade, the original protection must still exist, that is, pressure protection. When the pressure difference between the online drying tower and the system is greater than 17 PSI, it will not be switched. The drying system will repeatedly press, so that the pressure value of the online drying tower is infinitely close to the system pressure value, at least less than 17 psi.
